How we work, pricing and billing
Every engagement starts with a conversation and a written proposal. Here is what happens at each step and how we bill.
From first message to results
Contact
You write to us with a short description of your business and your goals.
Discovery
We ask questions, review your site and your competitors, and agree on what success looks like.
Written proposal
We send a proposal with the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, total price or monthly fee, and payment terms.
Acceptance
The engagement starts when you accept the proposal in writing and, where the proposal requires it, pay the initial deposit.
Delivery and reporting
We do the work and report on the schedule set in the proposal.
Pricing
Quoted for each project
We quote every engagement individually, because the work depends on the size of the site, the market and the goals. There are no fixed packages and no hidden fees: the price you accept in the proposal is the price you pay.
Billing
How we bill
- One-off projects (audits, websites, defined SEO projects): fixed price. Payment terms, such as an initial deposit and a final payment on delivery, are set in each proposal.
- Ongoing services (monthly SEO, ad management, content): monthly fee, invoiced at the start of each billing period.
- Currency: US dollars, unless the proposal states otherwise.
- Payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, card payment through a secure invoice link, or another method agreed in the proposal. Every invoice is issued by Caldana Group LLC.
